Hi y'all! I am a clinician who believes in supporting you to develop the skills and accomplishing the goals that are most important to you! I am a somatically oriented therapist, which means I bring knowledge of the nervous system and the body to help support regulation and self-awareness, and empowerment.
I am specialize in trauma, utilizing EMDR and trauma-informed care, I am Trans* affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiverse affirming. I have had special education in trauma, LGBTQIA issues, neurodiversity, non-traditional relationships, kink-awareness, and sex therapy.
